Vicinitee Surges Forward in British Retail
8 October 2009Vicinitee's growth in the retail sector is underlined by a request to include an information stand at the British Council of Shopping Centre's major exhibition in November.
Vicinitee has long been an integral part of Broadgate Estate's building and estate management services and in recent years has developed its expertise into retail support. Its full range of retail services has already been installed successfully across a range of prestigious developments such as Liverpool ONE, Birmingham's Bullring, Bristol's Cabot Circus, Sheffield's Meadowhall and Aberdeen's Union Square.
Vicinitee is showing at the BCSC exhibition alongside Grosvenor as part of their Liverpool ONE stand. Grosvenor and Broadgate Estates joinly manage Liverpool ONE and believe the wide range of integrated communication and content management platforms provided by Vicinitee play a key role in the shopping centre's success.
At the BCSC exhibition, which is being held in Manchester on 9th November, Vicinitee will be highlighting the information and support services available that jointly benefit shopping centre developers, managers, tenants and customers. Vicinitee's unique capability of bringing a wealth of information, interaction and timesaving tools direct ot desktops and screens demonstrates clearly how new technology is changing fundamentals in shopping centre management and organisation.
