My Home

The My Home Modules are included as part of the standard Vicinitee Residential package.  They have been designed specifically with the needs of residential management in mind.  

My Home is an easy way to store apartment-related documents such as Residents’ Handbooks, White Goods Manuals, and Delivery Schedules as well as make them easily accessible to residents.  Apartment access authorisations and shared resources can also be managed via this module.  Some of the core modules include:

Key Authorisation: an easy way to manage the issuing of keys and apartment access to third parties such as cleaners, maintenance workers, and estate agents.

Key Fob Registration Record: a useful tool for recording and managing key fobs that have been issued to residents.

Delivery Schedule: a record-keeping system for managing letters and parcels that are being held by the concierge on behalf of residents

Building Documents: an online library for storing inventories, white goods user manuals, warranty documents, lease and service charge information, and anything other documents that require a safe home.

Resource Manager: a system that allows both residents and management to check the availability of shared resources such as the barbecue area, tennis courts, and health and recreation facilities and to book them online.

As with all Vicinitee’s systems, the Residential Modules are designed to be flexible enough to incorporate your branding and other bespoke requirements your company or your apartment might have.
