Shoppers can access their own shopping centre facing website by logging on to unionsquareaberdeeen.com to discover a host of helpful tips, from the latest retailer offers to the best bus or train to catch.

Once at Union Square, they can go to one of four easily identified touch screen kiosks in the shopping centre, which provide a permanently available interface showing the location of specific shops; latest offers; special promotions and events; and identifying toilet and disability facilities.

For retailers, portal access through passwords on the same URL offer a powerful intranet tool that link retailers together and supply a suite of products on all aspects of the property management services, such as security protocols and CCTV, cleaning and maintenance schedules, environmental improvements and health and safety advice.

Sophisticated real time retailer/property manager liaison is also part of this secure portal service, which can help with situations like reuniting lost children with their parents, confronting suspected shoplifters, or coordinating centre evacuations.
