Vicinitee's Visitor Management System Gets Winning Reception from Land Securities11 May 2010
Designed to Land Securities’ buildings configuration, the new system will eventually be rolled out across 20 London commercial buildings in Land Securities' portfolio, providing advanced and integrated online visitor management protocols.
Using the Land Securities’ branded module, building occupiers can pre-book visitors with reception, and reception staff can in turn pre-print visitor passes. As well as streamlining reception efficiencies, it enables authorised personnel to access all buildings in the portfolio with a single, rather than multiple, logon.
"Vicinitee's proposal provided the best and most innovative fit for integrating reception procedures for our London commercial properties, and we are looking forward to installing the online module across our London commercial buildings as they come on stream. It will ensure nothing is forgotten in what can otherwise be a complex set of reception requirements across many sites, and will make it easier for our staff to offer visitors to Land Securities that all-important first class "first impression" on their arrival", said Leighton Castle, of Land Securities.
"This is most welcome news for us from Land Securities. Visitor Management is one of several modules we offer at Vicinitee for tailoring specific communications requirements to building owners or occupiers and their visitors, customers or local community, and we are looking forward to working with the Land Securities’ team to integrate online all their reception procedure requirements, and then install them to synchronise with their planned building roll-out ", said Scott Knight, Managing Director for Vicinitee.
Vicinitee is now providing bespoke online property communications for major commercial, residential and retail space property managements throughout the UK.
